2. Fill out the ‘Package Forwarding’ application form
After completing the order, please fill out the ‘Package Forwarding’ service application form in Allboxkorea website. According to the application form, please fill out the item description that you bought in Korean online shopping mall.
※ if you ordered multiple items, please also fill out the shopping mall, URL, quantity, option and other information additionally.
If the package is received without the application form not filled out, delays might be caused in processing.
3. Notification of arrival and sending of picture of goods’ exterior
When the package you ordered is received at Allboxkorea’s address, we send a notification alarm to your message application.
Also, single picture of package’s exterior will be sent to you.
4. Choose the boxing option
Combined packaging : Combines all of the items you ordered from its individual package into one big package.
If you choose Combined packaging, it minimizes the size and weight of the package, minimizing the shipping fee.
Repackaging : Choose small size package or bubble mailer to repackage your item package you ordered.
Allboxkorea prioritizes safe packaging and shipping fee minimization when we repackage your items.
Individual packaging : if you want to receive the package separately or separate the package into two or more packages.
※After Combined packaging or Repackaging, you cannot add to the package or cancel the request.

5. Pay the commission fee/shipping fee
The shipping fee is determined by the packaged goods’ actual size, weight, volume, and its destination.
The processing fee is determined by your chosen boxing option and additional services.
We inform you the final payment including the shipping fee and processing fee.
The postponing of the release, return/exchange is only available up to the shipping fee payment pending stage, and is not possible from the product released stage.
6. Delivery starting, receiving of goods
After the payment is complete, we start the delivery of your package.
After the delivery starts, we inform you the invoice number.
