In order to use the ‘Purchasing agent’, you have to follow few simple steps.
1. Sign up and fill out the ‘Purchasing agent’ application form

Allboxkorea will commence with the ‘Purchasing agent’ service if the item can pass the customs. If the item is sold out or out of stock, we will inform you.
2. Check the order estimate, pay the goods price
You have to pay for the item you have applied for the service first.
As soon as the payment is complete, Allboxkorea will purchase the item on the shopping mall.
3. Notification of arrival, sending of picture of goods’ exterior
When the package you requested is received in the Allboxkorea’s address, we will send you a notification alarm to your message app.
Also, single picture of package’s exterior will be sent to you.
4. Choose the boxing option
Combined packaging : Combines all of the items you ordered from its individual package into one big package.
If you choose Combined packaging, it minimizes the size and weight of the package, minimizing the shipping fee.
Repackaging : Choose small size package or bubble mailer to repackage your item package you ordered.
Allboxkorea prioritizes safe packaging and shipping fee minimization when we repackage your items.
Individual packaging : if you want to receive the package separately or separate the package into two or more packages.
※After Combined packaging or Repackaging, you cannot add to the package or cancel the request.
This policy is to not cause any confusion in the packaging process and guarantee the optimal shipping service.
5. Pay the commission fee/shipping fee
The shipping fee is determined by the packaged goods’ actual size, weight, volume, and its destination.
The processing fee is determined by your chosen boxing option and additional services.
We inform you the final payment including the shipping fee and processing fee.
The postponing of the release, return/exchange is only available up to the shipping fee payment pending stage, and is not possible from the product released stage.
6. Delivery starting, receiving of goods
After the payment is complete, we start the delivery of your package.
After the delivery starts, we inform you the invoice number.
The delivery time might vary due to the items inside the package and the destination.
