AllBoxKorea Terms of Use
Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms is to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between AllBoxKorea and users related to the provision of services by AllBoxKorea, as well as service usage conditions and procedures, and other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Effect and Modification of the Terms)
Any matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by relevant laws and customs. The terms may be modified in accordance with AllBoxKorea’s policies, and any changes to the terms will be announced on the AllBoxKorea website and take effect 7 days after the date of the change. These terms are effective as of October 3, 2023.
Article 3 (Service Changes)
AllBoxKorea may make changes to the service, including its features, processes, fees, and other elements, as deemed appropriate, and will provide advance notice to users in the event of such changes.
Article 4 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these terms are as follows:
“AllBoxKorea” refers to the platform providing package-related services.
“User” refers to anyone who uses the services of “AllBoxKorea.”
Chapter 2: Service Usage
Article 1 (Storage Service)
AllBoxKorea will store the packages of its users for free for up to one month. After one month, an additional storage fee of \1,000 per package per day will be charged. The free storage period begins from the date the first package arrives at the warehouse.
Article 2 (Warehouse Shipping Service)
Users must submit an inbound order form, including a domestic tracking number and package item information, before their packages arrive at our warehouse. AllBoxKorea collects the necessary information for the accurate identification and shipping of received items and may conduct inspections when necessary.
Article 3 (Purchasing Agency Service)
In cases where users cannot complete a transaction directly, this service assists in purchasing products on their behalf.
Transaction fees and other related fees may be incurred when using the service.
In the event of changes in the product price, users may be requested to make additional payments.
Order cancellations are only possible before the product arrives at the company’s warehouse and may be subject to refunds under specific conditions.
Related fees may be deducted during refunds. If there are issues with the quality and accuracy of products ordered through the purchase proxy, AllBoxKorea will bear the related costs.
Article 4 (Receiving Mail)
Receiving letters or registered mail is possible, but there is a risk of loss, so domestic delivery of packages is recommended.
We are not responsible for missing items that were not directly delivered to our warehouse.
Article 5 (Item Picture Service)
Detailed photos of the contents of packages can be provided upon user request. The service fee for product photos is ₩1,000 per item.
Article 6 (Repackaging/Combined Packaging Service)
Upon user request, packages can be repackaged or consolidated to reduce shipping costs.
The combined packaging and repackaging process takes 2-3 business days.
Article 7 (Estimates and Calculations for Shipping Costs)
AllBoxKorea provides transport estimates for user convenience. Estimated shipping costs are calculated based on user location information.
The provided shipping cost is an estimate and may vary based on the actual weight and volume weight of the package.
It does not include customs, taxes, or other additional costs.
The shipping cost is determined based on the larger value between the actual weight and volume weight.
Article 8 (Delivery)
After users have paid the shipping cost, AllBoxKorea will send the package. In the event of delivery issues or failures,
it will be handled according to the policies of the transportation company.
Article 9 (Address Modification)
Even after the package has been dispatched, AllBoxKorea will make efforts to assist with address changes through the transportation company. However, fees may be incurred for address changes. If address errors are the responsibility of AllBoxKorea, the change fees will be borne by AllBoxKorea.
Article 10 (Prohibited Items)
The following items are restricted from shipping:
Food
Liquids (alcohol, beverages)
Tobacco, e-cigarettes
Pharmaceuticals, narcotics
Cash, valuable items (art, antiques, currency, coins, prepaid cards, securities, etc.)
Fragile products
Animals, plants
Hazardous materials (weapons, chemicals, paint, batteries, perfumes, etc.)
Chapter 3: Miscellaneous
Article 1 (Subscription Withdrawal and Contract Cancellation)
Users can request subscription withdrawal and contract cancellation, but the company may refuse cancellation or return requests in certain situations.
Reasons for refusal include the following:
– Loss of goods
– Damage to goods
– Decrease in the value of goods
– Decrease in the value of goods over time
– Damage to the packaging
– Commencement of digital content supply
– Individual order products
Article 2 (Returns and Exchanges)
If items exist in the warehouse, we can assist according to the seller’s return procedure. In the case of purchase proxy services, restocking fees may be incurred according to the policies of retail stores. After the warehouse has shipped the product, users must complete the return process individually or request a return from us.
Article 3 (Customer Service)
The customer service team is available to assist with all user issues and inquiries. Inquiries can be submitted to allboxkorea@gmail.com, and generally, responses are provided within 48 hours.
Article 4 (Insurance and Claims)
Excluding K-Post (Local Post), all shipped items are insured upon user request. Insurance claims and refunds are subject to the policies of the transportation company. In the event of damage or loss of packages or items, users must file claims directly with the local transportation company.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
AllBoxKorea is not responsible for losses due to package loss, delivery delays, and more. AllBoxKorea is not responsible for costs related to prohibited items. Compensation for external damage to packages is excluded. AllBoxKorea may not be responsible for certain situations, including external damage to packages.
