Address information
Yes, you will receive a free Korean address when you fill out the order form.
Please make sure that you include your Allbox Korea address information and customer number on all shipments.
Failure to include your customer number will delay processing time.
There is an address field on the order form that you selected.
If your address has changed, please contact us before we pack your package.
We are not responsible for any problems caused by address changes after the shipment has started.
When we receive your order, we will provide you with an 8-digit customer number.
When you ship your package to AllBoxKorea, please write your customer number after your name.
Without your customer number, we will not be able to check your package in time.

Shipping
Shipping options and delivery times depend on the size, weight, and destination country of your package.
EMS (International Express)
Pros: Reputable, fast, reliable, tracking, and more.
Cons: Expensive, limited countries to ship to, and a weight limit of 30 kilograms.
EMS Premium (International Express Premium)
Pros: Reputable, fast, reliable, tracked, and more. Can ship to countries not covered by EMS,
Smaller weight and length limits than traditional EMS (~70 kg)
Cons: Expensive, 3 invoices are required as documentation. Also, UPS inspects the boxes before they are sent out, so they have stricter standards for what can be shipped.
K-Packet
Pros: Cheaper than EMS, faster delivery than regular parcels, door-to-door drop-off service, easy to ship with a single sheet of label paper, discounted rates and deferred payment.
Cons: There is a weight limit of 2 kilograms.
Allbox is not responsible for shipment delays caused by customs or carriers.

Yes, you can add as many delivery addresses as you want and assign each package to a specific address.
If you wish to have deliveries to multiple locations, please contact our support team.
Carriers consider both the size and weight of a package when determining shipping costs.
The weight of the package is important, but sometimes the amount of space that the package takes up on a truck or airplane is considered much more.
Shipping costs are based on either the actual weight or the dimensional weight, whichever is greater.
The formula for calculating the dimensional weight of a package is
(Length x Width x Height) / 6000 = Dimensional weight
You can minimize shipping costs by requesting repackaging or combined packaging.
1. How to request consolidation
Consolidation: We take items out of the boxes they were originally shipped in and combine them into one box.This minimizes the dimensional weight of most packages and reduces shipping costs.
If the package does not fit in one box, it will be divided into multiple boxes.
Repack: Choose one package to repack your items in, either a smaller package or a bubble wrap mailer.We will choose the best way to pack your items to reduce bulk, either a smaller package or a bubble wrap mailer.
Split packing: If you would like us to split your package into more than one box, or if you are receiving a package at more than one address, you can request this.
2. How to request a repackage
Once a repackage or consolidation request has been processed, it cannot be reopened to add additional packages or cancel the request. This policy is in place to avoid confusion during the packing process and to ensure optimal delivery service.

AllBoxKorea does not ship the following items for security reasons.
Art, antiques, jewelry, and precious metals
Currency, coins, debit cards, credit cards, SIM cards, securities, and valuable documents such as passports.
Perishable goods
Fragile goods
Food unless it is well packaged and shipped unconditionally.
Plants
Dangerous goods (chemicals, paints, batteries, perfumes, etc.) Under certain circumstances, some dangerous goods may be sent in limited quantities.

Duties and taxes are not included in your shipping costs.
The recipient is responsible for duties and taxes imposed by the country that you’re shipping to, and your country has no control over the imposition of duties.
You will be charged return shipping costs and duties for packages that are returned due to failed customs clearance.

Packages can be returned for a variety of reasons.
1. incorrect address or contact information
2. customs clearance failed
3. duties and taxes were not paid by the recipient in a timely manner
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address and customs clearance in a timely manner, and AllBoxKorea is not responsible for packages returned due to the above reasons.
Please note that the package will not be released until the return and reshipment fees, as well as any duties and taxes imposed on the shipment, are fully paid.

If your parcel is undeliverable for any reason (wrong address, undeliverable, failed customs clearance, etc.),
it will be resent to the sender’s address or destroyed at the carrier’s local facility, depending on the carrier’s policy.
We’ll contact you if we’re notified by the carrier, but you have until the deadline specified by the local carrier
or if we do not take reasonable action in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are discarded or returned.
Shipping costs for returns are not covered by us and are charged to the customer, and AllBoxKorea has no control over the costs associated with return shipping.

Damaged or lost packages are compensated according to the carrier’s policy, which determines the amount of compensation.
Since each carrier has its own compensation rules and limits the maximum amount that can be compensated, you can purchase shipping insurance to receive additional compensation if something goes wrong with your shipment.
Undervalued couriers are not eligible for full compensation.

UPS
If UPS is found to be at fault, we may reimburse you up to $100 of the freight deduction + invoice value of the case.
Exact total may vary depending on the shipment’s country of origin, region, and exchange rate. Confirmation required with customer service
Similarly, to increase coverage, you will need to apply for the Declared value service, which is a paid add-on service and incurs an additional charge of 1030 won per 92,900 for shipments with an invoice value over 92,000 won.

When your package is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation notification.
This message includes a tracking number associated with the carrier that you selected.
When you view your package, you can also find the tracking number at the bottom of the package details.
Yes, customs clearance usually goes smoothly, but if you experience any delays, please contact the carrier first to check the status of your package.
Delivery delays vary on a case-by-case basis. We will notify you as soon as we receive information about your package’s customs activity.

We can’t ship prescription drugs or medications that aren’t FDA approved (most dietary supplements aren’t FDA approved).

Because the EMS Premium service is connected to UPS, the tracking number for packages shipped using EMS Premium is updated with the UPS tracking number in transit.
Once the package arrives in your country, UPS is responsible for final delivery.
First, verify the updated UPS tracking number by entering your EMS Premium tracking number on the EMS Premium website.
With the verified UPS tracking number, you can track it in detail on the UPS website.
Items must have a value of their own, so the value of the item must be at least $1 USD, even if it’s a free item.
Please note that local customs might be suspicious if the item is too undervalued, even if it’s a freebie.
Therefore, we recommend adding the full price (or close to the full price) to avoid customs issues (i.e., shipping delays or return issues). Thank you.
Package handling
If a parcel arrives without you submitting an order, we will create an order for you and send you a notification to let you know that your parcel has arrived.
When we register your order, we assign you an 8-digit customer number.
When you send a parcel to AllBoxKorea, please write your customer number after your name.
If your parcel arrives without a customer number, the processing time will be delayed.
It usually takes 12 to 24 hours, but depending on the number of packages per day, there may be a delay in processing time.
You will be notified as soon as your package is received and your order number is registered.
AllBoxKorea offers a free storage period of 30 days from the day you receive your package.
After your package exceeds 30 days, you will be charged a storage fee of 1000 won per package per day for up to 30 days.
How to request selective packaging services when requesting consolidation/repackaging:
After your order has been placed, request combine/repackage.
If you request an optional packing service, an additional service charge will be added for each option you select.
1) Bubble wrap 1000 won extra
2) Vacuum pack small 5000 won vs 10000 won
4) Corrugated plastic box 8000 won
You will receive a notification email when your request is complete. Please allow 12-24 business hours for your request to be processed.
Requests cannot be made after consolidation or repackaging has been completed.
Integrated: Items are taken out of their original outer boxes and combined into one box. By doing this, you can mostly minimize the dimensions and weight of the package, thus saving on shipping costs.
Repackaging: Choose packages to repack goods into smaller packages or bubble mailers. AllBoxKorea will find the best way to pack your items into smaller packages or bubble mailers.
Split packaging: If you want to divide one box into multiple boxes or have them delivered to different addresses, please apply.
Once a repackaging or integrated request is submitted, you cannot reopen it to add packages or cancel the request.
This policy is implemented to avoid confusion during the packaging process and to ensure the best delivery service.

Shipping costs are based on the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight.
When integrated packaging is requested, items are taken out of all the boxes and combined into one box to minimize dimensional weight.
By repacking the original box into a smaller one, you can save on shipping costs.
For instance, when shipping goods from an online store, the products might be sent in a box that’s unnecessarily large.
By placing the goods into a newer, smaller box, you can reduce shipping fees.
Both integrated packaging and repackaging take about 2-3 business days based on working days.
There is no photo service provided for packages that have been integrated or repackaged.
Please request photos of the received parcels by following the steps below.
The basic service cost (exterior photo upon package arrival) is free.
If detailed verification or photos of the items inside the box are needed, a service fee of 1,000 won is applied for every 10 items inside the package.
To request photos of the received parcel, please contact the support team.
It may take 1-2 business days based on working days to upload the photos.
You can check the photos anytime in the shared folder.
There is no photo service provided for boxes that have been integrated or repackaged.

If you are unaware of the domestic tracking number for the received parcel, don’t worry. Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse, we plan to fill out a Google Sheet on your behalf.
Once the package arrives, you will receive a notification indicating its arrival.
If you wish to separate your items, we can divide your original package into multiple packages for delivery.
We charge a split packaging service fee of 5000 won per box. To submit a split request form, please click here.
Please note:
The split service takes about 3-5 business days.
We only accept simple separation requests, such as dividing the number of items inside a box.
We kindly ask for a detailed description including photos and the exact name of the items to ensure we split the correct items.
Once the split is complete, it’s moved to the loading area and cannot be reopened.

Most couriers charge an interim change of address fee. We don’t charge for address changes unless the courier has a fee.

However, we do not provide this number for personal purposes such as website registration or issuance of verification codes.
You can edit or cancel an order before payment, but once the order is paid, please contact AllBoxKorea.com to cancel or modify the order. Cancellation requests are accepted before the seller ships the order. If the ordered product arrives at our warehouse, you must contact AllBoxKorea within 48 business hours from the day the product arrived at our warehouse. In this case, please note that refunds are possible after deducting the below fees from the refund amount.
If, after the package arrives at your location, the item is found to be defective or incorrect, we guarantee to fully cover the associated costs.
Types of fees that can be deducted:
Cancellation fee per package = Fee of 10,000 KRW + domestic shipping cost.
We recommend sending via standard parcels with accurate tracking numbers.
Postal and registered items are mostly delivered to the mailbox of the warehouse building, not directly to our warehouse.
We are not responsible for items that are missing and not delivered directly to our warehouse.

Customs uses the value of the goods to clear them and determine duties and taxes.
To ensure that your package arrives without any serious problems at customs, we must declare the exact value of the price paid for the goods on your invoice.
Undervaluing goods is taken very seriously by the authorities and can result in fines or the seizure of your goods.
And if the customs authorities question the value you’ve provided, they can demand proof of sale from the recipient.
So to avoid these delays, your carrier or broker will ask you for proof of sale, such as a contract or bank payment.
Also, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, you can only receive compensation based on the value listed on the invoice.
All Boxes Korea is not responsible for any problems caused by the following reasons
1.if you are subject to any fines or taxes due to an incorrectly provided invoice amount
2.parcels returned for non-payment of duties and taxes as determined by your local customs authorities (return shipping costs and duties and taxes will be charged upon release of your package.)
3.additional compensation for the list price of damaged or lost products

When you place an online order and purchase multiple items at once, some of your order might not come in one box. Depending on the quantity and size of the items, the merchant might send them in more than one package. This can lead to issues with lost packages and missing items.
If you’re a shipping agent
We ask you to check if the order has a ‘multiple tracking number’ or ‘sub-tracking number’.
And when the package arrives at the Allbox Korea warehouse, please check the parcel weight to make sure it is the full parcel weight you expected.
If you are a fulfillment service
Sometimes sellers split one order into multiple packages. In this case, your order will be registered as multiple packages.
If you want to receive it in one package, you can request a consolidation and Allbox Korea will combine all your orders into one package.
If you want to check, you can use our detail photo service (KRW 1,000 per 10 items in the package) to check the quantity of items and the condition of the items.

Bunjang is South Korea’s largest online second-hand trading platform, boasting over a quarter of the Korean population as its users. You can find rare items related to your favorite idols, such as special photocard, collaboration merchandise, and signed albums, among others.”
